Bite Me!

When I run out of inspiration for my lunchtime soups, the Covent Garden Soup Company’s recipe book always gives me some good ideas – today’s lunch, lentil and lemon soup, is one of my favourites. It’s really easy to make, and tastes much better than you would think from the ingredients. If you make it really thick, like stew, it’s also great with chopped sausages in it (Cauldron Foods’ Lincolnshire Veggie Sausages for preference).
